“Orange County Public Schools is exploring the idea of placing cameras on school buses to catch drivers who blow past the buses with their stop arms extended.
The cameras would help catch violators who could then be ticketed, much like the way the red light cameras function. The school district would be empowered to install the cameras if legislation sponsored by a South Florida lawmaker becomes law.”
